The fact that panic attacks can happen pretty much anywhere at anytime makes them very dangerous to you as well as the public. Panic attacks can come in a variety of shapes and sizes but the crucial step I want us to think about is “what if we knew we were going to have a panic attack?”. 1. Nausea – Is one of the most common symptoms along with stomach cramps because of the way it can strike suddenly from out of the blue.
2. Shaking – Shaking or shivering uncontrollably.
3. Fear – The feeling of fear or an intense feeling of terror can sweep over your body like your going to die or your going to lose control.
4. Numbness – A feeling of numbness and tingling can take over your whole body. This feeling normally starts with the fingers and toes until it covers your entire body.
5. Hot Flushes – One of the first signs of a panic attack is getting chills or hot flushes.
6. Pounding heart or chest pain – During the entire course of a panic attack it is common to feel like your heart is about to pop out of your chest. Chest pain is also a common symptom associated with panic attacks.
7. Breathing difficultly – Finding it hard to breathe is a common symptom of a panic attacks. This can also come in the form of your chest tightening up.
