Thought I’d share a few tips on how to cope with Panic Attacks. I know that most of you would have probably heard most of these tips but for the people that haven’t I hope you find these tips usual.

1. See a doctor
2. Learn to relax
a. Learn breathing control
b. Progressive muscle relaxation techniques
c. Visualization
d. Meditation
3. Don’t let panic control your life
4. Learn to control your thinking
5. Avoid unhelpful drugs.
6. Self-help books and the internet
7. Treatment options

Like I said you probably have heard them all before but they are useful even if only to remind us.
